Noter:
It was not until two years after Anders Nielsen's death that a
verdict was made transferring ownership of Damaskegård to his
youngest son, Jep Andersen, in the year 1694.

On October 10, 1699 inheritance procedure took place on Damaskegård,
namely after the death of Anders Nielsen's youngest son Jep Andersen;
who accordingly must have inherited the farm from his father (which
is in full agreement with the special Bornholm rules of inheritance
giving the farm to the youngest son.) In the protocol it is noted
that Jep Andersen paid out his siblings shares on the inheritance on
October 22, 1694 and that he left behind his wife, Dorethea
Larsdatter from Møllegård, 37' Slg. ØL (now part of Ågagård) and his
little son Anders Ipsen, only three years old. Total worth of his
belongings was 148 Sldr., 2 Mk. and 7 Sk., of which half went to the
widow, while the other half could not be paid out because his widow
was pregnant. Thus the transaction had to wait until after the birth,
"since the widow is with child, and it is a mystery what will come
forth before said widow has been released!"

428b: Salig Jep Andersen som boede, og døde paa den 3' Jord
Eiendomsgaard beliggende i Østerlaursker Sogn. Imellem denne salig
mands efter latte hustru Dorethea Larsdaatter, for hende blef efter
hendis begiæring til laug værge anordnet hendis broder Jacob Larsen
ibidem, paa eene, og paa anden side, it deres sammen auflede
drengebarn ved navn Anders Ibsen paa 3 aar gammel for ham er til
værge anordnet Peder Andersen hans faderbroder boende i Aaekier Sogn.

Sadly, shortly after having her baby, Dorethea also passed away and
yet another inheritance ruling took place on Damaskegård on January
15, 1700. From the procedure it is evident that Dorethea Larsdatter
had been married twice, because besides the sons Anders Ipsen and the
7-week old Jep Ipsen, another son, "Thommis Thommesen Munck", 7 years
old, was noted in the protocol. The net worth of the belongings was
152 Sldr., 2 Mk. which was divided between the three sons.
Unfortunately, nothing was written down in the protocol about the
heir to Damaskegård. According to the olden-time Bornholm inheritance
rules the farm should have gone to the youngest son, however, (as can
be seen Anne Svendsdatter's probate) he died as an infant. Therefore,
the right to Damaskegård would have been passed on to his only
brother Anders Ipsen; also it has been confirmed that Anders Ipsen
lived at Damaskegård around 1740 and was probably also the owner.
