Noter:
Hans Weftsen lived for some years in Nyker, probably with his parents-
in-law at Bukkegård, the 27' Slg. Next he became owner of Heinergård
(also known as Kjøllergård), 13' Slg. in Rutsker, and then in 1741
took over Vestergård 5' Slg. in Rutsker.
In 1716 he was taken to court because he was accused of stealing land
from the King's property (this land was to be used jointly by the
parishes of Rutsker and Olsker, as well as the citizens of Allinge-
Sandvig). He was ordered to give back the land before May 1, 1717.
In 1737 Han Wefstsen fathered a child out-of-wedlock with Elne
Nielsdatter, this resulted in a public confession from both - as
custom and law demanded. Elne was a servant living at the home of
Hans Wefstsen, her father was Niels Andersen of "paa Borre". The baby
boy, christened Heiner Hansen on December 22 in Rutsker, died only 15
weeks old. The gravestone, wishing a happy resurrection day, was
placed in the middle of the church floor, until it had to be removed
many years later due to renovations. It was damaged, but in 1938 it
was re-dedicated and was placed outside near the clock-tower.
